Our Process & IT support services in Raleigh NC

A relationship with Allora first begins at a personal meeting with an Allora consultant. During this meeting, which can be set either at your site or our office in Raleigh, we speak with key personnel and assess all of your current technology assets. We will work with you to determine exactly what your technology goals are and the IT support services that will fulfill them-at a reasonable cost. Once the meeting is done, we draft a Customer Agreement which details these goals, services and the schedule that we think would best fit the needed services.

If there's a need for a serious build-out (such as small business server setup or joomla web design) then our IT consultants would begin the project by generating a Project Estimate which breaks down the process into separate elements and estimating an approximate cost. After the terms of this Agreement have been negotiated it is then executed by Allora and the customer. We offer significant discounts for Customers who opt to sign a Customer Agreement and commit to a set schedule for IT support services.

Alternatively, if your technology needs do not require these details, you may sign just a basic Customer Agreement which gives you access to our experienced team of consultants, technicians and designers
