IT Service Area with Onsite Tech Support around Raleigh
Allora provides network tech support for clients across North Carolina, in and around the Triangle Area. Many common customer issues can easily and effectively be handled remotely. For the issues that do require Onsite Tech Support, we add an additional charge for drive time, depending on the distance driven. For most locations in the greater Triangle area, we have standard drive times. For other areas the drive time is determined for each case.

· Monthly Maintenance Services. These services are scheduled on a re-occuring, monthly basis in order to maintain a customer's computer network securely and reliably. Routine tech support includes inspections, updates, backups, scans and any optimization around the workplace. Customers who have signed a customer agreement will receive a 25% discount off of these Managed IT Services.
· Prescheduled Services. Customers may choose to purchase a specific amount of hours each month in which Allora will perform services at the customer's direction and at a set schedule. Customers will receive a 25% discount off the hours for which they enlist Prescheduled Services.
· Emergency Support Services. This service guarantees that an Allora technician will be able to respond to a call for emergency support within a set amount of time. If an onsite visit is needed we would typically arrange it the same day provided that a request was made before 2 or 3 PM. Under the terms of our contract system Allora is obligated to start working on resolving an urgent technical issue within just one business day. We would opt to choose the quickest solution out of several support options available.
